1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, uploading documents, making a payment, or utilizing any QuickDocs self-service printing kiosk or terminal, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue using the service.

2. User Eligibility

To use QuickDocs services independently, you must be at least 18 years of age and competent to enter into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18, you may use our services only under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these terms.

3. Description of Service

QuickDocs provides a self-service printing platform allowing users to upload digital documents (such as PDFs, documents, or images), specify printing parameters (black & white, colour, orientation, page range, and number of copies), and execute printing at connected printing kiosks or participating shop terminals. Pricing and estimated page counts are displayed on-screen prior to confirming your print order.

4. Account Responsibilities

Certain features (such as the shop management dashboard or franchise portal) require account registration. When creating an account:

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration details.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your registered account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

You agree not to use QuickDocs kiosks or web services to print, upload, or transmit:

• Material that infringes any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights.
• Counterfeit currency, fraudulent government credentials, unauthorized identification cards, or forged official records.
• Content that is unlawful, obscene, pornographic, defamatory, harassing, or promotes violence or illegal activities under Indian law.
• Software viruses, malicious code, or files designed to disrupt the operation of the kiosk or connected networks.
• Any attempts to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the kiosk hardware or software applications.

7. Payments & Pricing

Charges for printing services are calculated based on paper size, colour mode (B&W vs Colour), page count, and copies chosen.

• Total payable fees are displayed transparently before payment authorization.
• Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateway partners (such as Cashfree Payments).
• All payments must be completed using authorized Indian payment methods (UPI, debit cards, credit cards, or net banking).
• Prices are inclusive of applicable statutory taxes unless stated otherwise.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

Our policy on order cancellations and refunds is governed by our dedicated Refund & Cancellation Policy. In summary:

• Orders may be cancelled only prior to file dispatch and print execution.
• Refunds are available for verified technical machine faults, paper jams without print output, or duplicate payment charges.
• Refunds are not available for customer input errors (wrong file upload, wrong print options confirmed by customer).
• To claim a refund, customers must contact support within 7 days of the incident with their Order ID.

9. Intellectual Property

The QuickDocs brand name, logo, domain (quickdocs.shop), software architecture, user interface, graphics, and codebase are the proprietary property of KHAN JAN SEVA KENDRA and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws in India. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our platform without prior written consent.

10. Service Availability & Disclaimer

We strive to maintain reliable operation of our website and printing kiosk network. However, services may occasionally experience downtime, connectivity disruptions, printer maintenance, or paper/toner depletion.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, KHAN JAN SEVA KENDRA, its proprietor, and associates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

In any event, our total cumulative liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the actual amount paid by you for the specific print transaction giving rise to the claim.

12. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user access or refuse service immediately without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or attempted to compromise the safety or integrity of our systems.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the QuickDocs website and services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated revision date. Your continued use of the service following posted changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
