KHAN JAN SEVA KENDRA (“QuickDocs”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to being transparent about how personal data, uploaded files, and transaction details are handled when you visit our website or use our on-demand printing kiosks and web applications.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to provide and support our printing and digital services:
- Contact & Support Information: When you submit an inquiry, reach out for customer support, or request installation, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and any details provided in your message.
- Account Information: For kiosk hosts, franchise partners, or shop operators registering on our platform, we collect account credentials (name, email address, phone number, shop name, and city).
- Uploaded Documents & Files: When you use our service to print, you upload documents (such as PDF files, Word documents, or images). These files are processed through our print queue specifically to transmit the print job to the designated printer.
- Payment & Transaction Details: When you pay for a print job or subscription, transaction metadata (such as order ID, amount paid, payment timestamp, and payment status) is recorded. Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. We do not collect, view, or store credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, net banking passwords, or UPI PINs on our servers.
- Technical & Device Information: Standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system version, and system error logs may be recorded to diagnose connection issues and maintain platform stability.
3. How Information is Used
The information collected is used solely for standard operational purposes:
- To receive, queue, format, and execute your document print requests.
- To confirm orders, generate receipts, and facilitate payment verification.
- To investigate and process customer support queries, cancellations, or refund requests.

- To prevent unauthorized use, fraud, or misuse of the service.
- To comply with applicable legal and statutory requirements in India.
4. Document & File Handling
We treat user documents as strictly confidential:
- Uploaded files are utilized strictly to render and complete the print job requested by the customer.
- We do not inspect, read, review, or index the contents of uploaded personal documents, except as required automatically by software to compute page counts and print dimensions.
- We do not sell, distribute, or share customer documents with any third-party advertisers or external parties.
5. Data Sharing with Service Providers
We share data only with third parties that are essential to delivering our services:
- Payment Gateway Partners: Transaction values and order IDs are shared with authorized payment gateways (such as Cashfree Payments) to process payments securely and initiate customer refunds.
- Hosting & Infrastructure Providers: Our web application and database infrastructure run on secure cloud server environments necessary to maintain application uptime and data storage.
- Print Shop & Kiosk Hardware: Document files are transmitted to the specific printing terminal selected by the user to execute physical paper printing.
- Legal Disclosures: We may disclose information if required to do so by applicable Indian law, government authority, or law enforcement request.
6. Data Security Practices
We implement reasonable security practices appropriate to our application architecture:
- Data transmitted between your browser and our platform is encrypted in transit using standard Transport Layer Security (HTTPS / TLS).
- Access to databases and system administration portals is restricted through authenticated credentials.
- Payment transactions take place directly on secure payment gateway checkouts.
Please note that while we take standard measures to protect information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely infallible, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
7. Data Retention
Uploaded files are retained only for the duration necessary to deliver the print job to the machine. Transaction records, invoice details, and account profiles are maintained for the duration necessary to satisfy accounting, audit, tax, and legal requirements under Indian law.
